The program will support existing micro and small enterprises operating in 8 strategic priority areas of OP Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (OPANEK), which are:

Agri-Food / Food Industry
Cultural and Creative Industries (LCA)
Materials / Structures
Supply

 

Energy
Environment
Information and Communication Technologies ICT
Health

Existing & new micro and small businesses can participate:

Existing companies operating in the 8 strategic priority areas and keeping B and C class books which until 31/12/2015 have closed two or more management uses or
New enterprises operating in the 8 strategic priority sectors and not falling under this category of existing ones and set up by 31/12/2015.

They are subsidized from € 15,000 to € 200,000. The funding covers 40% of the eligible costs and is increased by 10%, reaching 50% in the case of recruiting new staff.

Target Audience :

Eligible under this action are existing and new micro and small enterprises as follows:

Existing companies keeping books B and C ‘class, which until 31/12/2015 have closed two or more management uses or
New enterprises not falling under this category of existing ones and set up by 31/12/2015.
They have until 31/12/2015 an activity in at least one eligible CSF (Annex VI) and
At the time of approval of the investment plan, the CSD is involved in the investment plan if it is different from the CSD to which the business is already active.

10% of the budget of the action will be devoted exclusively to new micro and small enterprises, while 90% will be allocated to existing micro and small enterprises. On the basis of Commission Recommendation 2003/361 / EC, and in particular:

In the SME category, a small enterprise is defined as an enterprise which employs fewer than 50 employees and whose annual turnover or total annual balance sheet does not exceed EUR 10 million.
In the SME category, a very small enterprise is defined as an enterprise which employs fewer than 10 employees and whose annual turnover or total annual balance sheet does not exceed EUR 2 million.

What is funded:

The subsidized budget of any investment proposal of a potential beneficiary may not be less than fifteen thousand euros (€ 15,000) and may not exceed the turnover of 2015 or the amount of two hundred thousand euros (200,000 €) if the turnover of the company in 2015 was more than two hundred thousand euros (200,000 €).

Beneficiaries are subsidized for the following costs:

Buildings, facilities and surrounding areas
Machinery – Equipment
Immediate Costs
Wage cost of employees (existing and / or new staff) up to € 24,000 as follows: € 12,000.00 per UA (existing and / or new) and up to two AWUs
